Last August 24, 2019, the Phi Alpha Sigma Sorority and Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity held a Mega Medical Mission that includes minor surgery, ophtha consultation, pap smear, and medical consultation at the baranggay hall of Brgy. Silangan, Cubao, Quezon city.

Last June 2, 2018, a medical-optical-dental mission was held at La Concordia Children's Orphanage at Sta. Mesa, Manila.

The success of the event would not be possible without our partners; brothers from the Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity, students from Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health, Philippine Dental Association (Pasig, Pateros, Taguig Chapter) and dental students from the University of the East.
